BEACH front, WATER front, unbelievable VIEW Old Florida light and bright home. You get two houses for the price of one. The Beach/water-front house is a gound level 2/2 (1600 square feet), all glass front house that has endless views
of the Gulf and Eggmont Key and a separate central air conditioner. The glass front makes you feel like you are 'on' the water. It
is literally 25 feet from the water and has a private small beach at low tide, and then we created our own beach at high tide
(see pics). The back (guest) house (1600 square feet), directly behind the beach front house on the same lot, is a 3/2 with a 1 car garage,
slight view, and two central air conditioners. Both houses have fully equipped kitchens, full linens, beach towels, washer/dryers,

| There is a shelf of water about 1-2 feet deep right in front of the house that is the best for playing, snorkeling, volleyball, etc. No worries for the kids, its real safe here and kid friendly, as you can see them play in front of you all day. The sea life that swims up to you is amazing. Starfish, shells, sand dollars galore right out your front door. Out-door BBQ, shower, and chairs should add to your relaxation. I would say our house is Old Florida, redone, and care free. You will relax and get a true vacation. WE HAVE INCLUDED 4 BIKES, A TWO PERSON OCEAN KAYAK, BEACH TOYS, AND CHAIRS FOR YOUR BEACH ENJOYMENT. |
Anna Maria Island is a safe, family atmosphere vacation destination. There is a free trolley that runs the entire length
of the island for all guests to use. There are 7 miles of white sand beaches, 80 degree water in the Gulf, and plenty of
warm sun. Fishing off the pier next to our house is incredible. Bike riding to go get ice cream makes a nice way to
break up the day. There is a top notch aquarium near the Island, boat rentals, fishing guides, miniature golf,
championship golf and plenty of restaurants. This Island will give you a relaxing vacation.
